Here's how it works

For full-time and part-time employees:

EdAssist is CACI's Tuition Reimbursement program which provides full-featured, online education resources assistance, including program administration, education advising, and services. All CACI employees classified as full-time are eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement program. If you have not already done so, start your application for benefits by visiting the Tuition Reimbursement page from your single sign-on here.

From there you will be directed to complete your online application for tuition reimbursement through your EdAssist account. When that request has been approved, come back to this portal and INQUIRE.

If you would like to learn more about your CACI Tuition Assistance benefits, you can speak to an EdAssist Advisor. Schedule an appointment by calling 1-855-222-6893.

Please note: To qualify for up to $17,250 (for full-time employees) or $11,250 (for part-time employees) in annual tuition reimbursement, you must be a student in a bachelor's or master's degree program at Bellevue University. Part-time students can also qualify for tuition reimbursement benefits. Talk to your EdAssist Advisor to learn more.

For on-call employees and family members:

EdAssist is CACI's Tuition Reimbursement program which provides full-featured online education resources assistance, including program administration, education advising, and services. All CACI employees classified as full-time are eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement program. There is no need to go through the single sign-on. You can start your inquiry right here.

Please note: To qualify for tuition reimbursement as a part-time employee or family member of an employee, you must enroll in a bachelor's or master's degree program at Bellevue University.

In order to assure you have funding to cover your entire degree program, the amount of tuition assistance you can access each academic term is limited.

Why Bellevue University?

Bellevue University is a leader in serving adult learners. They understand the needs and priorities that adults have when going back to school. And they add many benefits to this program, including:

  • Payment Deferment
Bellevue University has agreed to let you defer payment to them until after they receive your tuition assistance. That means less for you to come up with out of your own pocket.
  • Save Money by Transferring Credits Without Charge
If you've already taken some college classes, you shouldn't have to repeat them. Bellevue University is a leader in evaluating credits you already have so you can transfer them into your degree program. And they don't charge our employees a transfer fee!

The best way to find out how many credits you already have that can transfer into your degree is to talk to a Bellevue University Enrollment Counselor. Your Enrollment Counselor can also suggest other ways of earning college credit for work you've already done.
  • Other Types of Financial Aid
    • Federal Financial Aid
Bellevue University participates in all major federal and state grant and loan programs to help you pay for your direct education costs, such as tuition, books, and supplies.
